Roy Eiguren
Roy’s extensive experience and long record of achievement rank him among Idaho’s most respected advocates of significant issues before federal and state governments. His background as a successful lawyer uniquely equips him with a deep, highly nuanced perspective on public policy. This, when combined with his laser-sharp focus on energy and environmental matters, has earned him the positions of counsel to Boise’s Capitol Law Group, president of Inland Public Properties Development Company of Idaho, the Board of Directors of Avista Corporation, a Fortune 1000 electric and natural gas utility company, and Idaho Independent Bank, on of Idaho’s largest state-charted banks. Anthony
Smith
Tony Smith is a graduate of Boise State University, having earned a bachelor's degree in political science with an emphasis in American government and public policy. He is currently enrolled in Boise State's master's program, where he is focusing on public administration, and state and local government. After an internship with Eiguren Public Law and Policy PLLC during the 2009 legislative session, Tony joined the firm as a public policy specialist and lobbyist. He will be assisting Roy on behalf of clients on appropriation, energy, environmental, healthcare, and tax issues before the Idaho Legislature and various state agencies. Click here to read more |

Jay Kiiha
Jay brings an added depth of expertise to Eiguren Public Policy as a practicing attorney specializing in the areas of corporate law, administrative law (board licensing, water and natural resource law), and federal criminal defense. His special emphasis in agricultural law and farm management, resource management, and federal farm benefit and conservation programs equips him to be an invaluable resource for the firm. He represents various agricultural, telecommunications, energy, health care, and waste management as a direct interface between clients, administrative agencies, and the legislative and executive branches of state and federal government.
